After my military service, I returned home and began a career in law enforcement that has spanned nearly three decades. I served 18 years as a police officer in Detroit, and for the last 9 years, I’ve worked as a detective with the El Paso Police Department. My experience has given me deep insight into the justice system and a strong commitment to fair and ethical law enforcement.

 

I’m also a proud Freemason, a lifelong Democrat, and someone who has dedicated my life not only to public service, but also to community leadership and advocacy. I previously served as President of the Southwest Detroit Democratic Club and as PAC President of SEIU Local 502, where I worked to give working families a voice in government. I’ve also owned and operated a political consulting firm, Political Solutions, helping local candidates and causes reach voters and win elections.

 

I’ve been married to my incredible wife, Iliana, for 23 years. She immigrated from Juárez to Detroit at 18 to pursue a better life. Together, we’re raising two wonderful children Sophia, a junior at Texas State University, and Angelo, who’s 11 years old and full of energy and promise.

 

My campaign is about making sure the Constable’s office works for the people with professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to justice. I bring experience, integrity, and leadership to the job, and I ask for your support in this important race.  This election will take place in March of 2028, I have stared early, because their is much work to do.  I look forward to meeting all of you and look forward to your support.
